About Memorial House
Since 1994, Preservation Utah has managed and operated Memorial House. Proceeds from Memorial House’s rental fees support the organization's work and impact statewide. By hosting your event at Memorial House, you directly contribute to preserving impressive historic places such as Memorial House.

Weddings at Memorial House
Memory Grove Park is the location for engagement, bridal, and wedding photographers in Salt Lake City. It’s no wonder why! The setting magically combines nature with the timeless beauty of historic architecture. Your guests will feel like they’ve been transported to a tranquil world where time stands still. But we still know how to host a party! We can accommodate intimate garden ceremonies and exuberant open house receptions for up to 300 guests.
Celebrations & Special Occasions
Memorial House is truly a venue to be enjoyed in all seasons. Our fire-lit main hall is perfect for festive holiday gatherings in the winter. Come springtime, Memory Grove Park bursts with greenery, tulips, and irises. In the summer, we are one of Salt Lake City’s most in-demand locations, with indoor and outdoor spaces available. In autumn, the park is aglow with red and orange maples.
